He's the biggest one in here. Monitor lizards are very smart! Some smaller species even make good pets. But even this one likes being pet.

I like to give him a few pats when I feed him Or maybe a minute or two, sometimes. His skin has a cool texture.

Here, sit next to me. You can offer the fish and let him climb from my lap to yours. That way it's his choice.
