Unfortunately, nothing's happened with it - I think there are some etchings that are slowly becoming visible, but I couldn't make them out at all. Getting a rubbing didn't work either.
It would have been easier to compare the voice you heard to the one in the recordings if we'd had a way of transferring it off the computers, wouldn't it...
