What happens, when you answer a wish?

The wish is simply granted. I answer what is being desired and asked and nothing more. [ case in point: table for ludger's doll. ]

And if wishes contradict?

Then that is simply the nature of the wishes. I do not decide on what happens after they are both granted. [ so, you know. if two people ask for the opposing thing and she grants them...then they're both fucked sort of situation. ]

Were you the one who brought us away to grant our wishes?

A great number of people shared the same wish. They wanted to find a cure for this illness—a disease destroys lives and worlds... So, I granted it.

No, there are no prices to the wishes that I grant. [ she's said it before and she'll say it each and every time. ] Granting wishes and desires is my entire purpose.

Then, may I ask what the cure was? Or did you only give them the means to find it, not the cure itself?

I gave them the means to find the cure. They have everything that they need to find and create a cure for this illness. [ since, you know, the technicality of asking for a cure vs wanting to find a cure. ]

And why the rest of us, then? Those of us that had no idea of this disease, or this need for a cure?

Yes, that's correct. And for those two, I had no involvement to what happened to them. It was as you've all suspected, they became ill.

How did they turn ill in the first place? Just part of your "means for a cure"?

Have they not wished for aught else while they've been here? Do you not take back their wishes?

They are allowed to make other wishes while they are here. I have heard plenty of them as you all have been here. However, your wishes are not the only ones that I hear and I'm only able to fulfill so many at a time.

So even if one wished for something else, or wished to take it back, that would not guarantee your answer.
