Interesting. Now, did you only kill for business, or did you also kill for pleasure, too?

Just business! And I'm not ashamed of my family or what we do, I only hesitated because I know it probably makes me seem more suspicious.

I was raised to kill. I tried a lot of things to fit in with my family, but I found that I just don't enjoy killing without feeling.

[Rosemary clears his throat.]

I also... Made a lot of mistakes back home. Ones that hurt a lot of people. That's why I want to become a doctor! To make up for the harm I caused. And that led me here as well.

You sort of lost me on the killing without feeling part...

That's a bit of a story. But to boil it down, I was picked up by a bishop when I was a boy, after I lost my whole clan and my family. It was he who guided me to my new father, and the Church.

...Yes, I really do. It's where I belong. I've devoted myself, soul and body, to its cause.

[Hansa is the protagonist of fsf as far as Rosemary's concerned.]

That must be nice, to feel like you're exactly where you need to be. It must be why you have such a radiant demeanor, that sense of fulfillment. I don't really know that much about religion but it seems like a nice thought, to be able to trust that some higher power has your best interests in mind.

It's been happening ever since I grew these extra spider parts. Sometimes I just get this unignorable urge to... Scurry.

Do you think the animals we got features from means something?

I feel like from what I've seen, everyone's animals fits them, somehow. A personality thing, perhaps.

[Hopefully Hansa can let Rosemary's human version that is certainly not Yugamu Omokage sit in his lap later.

Anyway Rosemary settles in, kicking his legs happily.]

In that case... Yours tells me you're perfectly capable being on your own but are very protective of your "pack" when you have one. And you're strategic but fierce when provoked. Is that right?

[Rosemary's unblinking clown face stares up at him for a moment as if at a loss for words. And then the Act clicks back into place.]

[Maybe people find Rosemary terrifying for good reason!!!]
